Learn how to craft a beautiful buttery, flaky Parisian croissants with ease.

Enjoy fresh, buttery homemade croissants by joining the secrets of Parisian croissants cooking class. Let the pastry chef take a deep dive into the techniques to make rich, flaky croissants from scratch. In this hands-on class, you will master the art of laminating your dough to produce two types of croissants: one savory and one sweet, perfectly shaped and baked to flaky layers of buttery goodness.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

We made stuffed pork tenderloin and it was great! Chef Charlie was accommodating and very entertaining. Highly suggest taking her class!
