What You’ll Do

Cook like the French in this bistro cooking class

French cooking is about techniques and this fine French bistro cooking class will teach you some must-know cooking techniques. Your five-star will show you how to prepare a herb sauce to go with your cooked chicken. To go alongside your chicken, you will chop up a French salad featuring frisée, bacon, and a poached egg. You'll finish the class with a chocolate lave cake with Crème Anglaise.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Cooked a delicious lobster pasta! Everything from the burrata crostini to the handmade dough was delightful. Chef Thomas stood in for Chef William, and it was such a fun experience! Can’t believe I enjoyed the fennel salad so much. Learning how to supreme an orange and work on knife skills was a blast!
