Cooking Class - Professional Cooking Techniques

What You’ll Do

Learn some professional cooking tips and tricks in this cooking class.

Brush up on your cast iron and pressure cooking skills by learning from the best in this professional cooking techniques cooking class. In this technique-driven class, a gourmet chef will teach you how to cook in two methods. First, you'll make some tender beef short ribs in a red wine sauce. Pair these ribs with a creamy risotto prepared in a cast iron skillet. Finish the class with a simple bread pudding made in the cast iron skillet.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

I purchased this class as a birthday gift for my husband. Chef Amalia was great! She was extremely knowledgeable and made everyone feel comfortable. Would absolutely take another class here. Food was delicious!
