Cooking Class - Cooking Techniques Workshop

When it comes to cooking skills, learning how to properly use cast iron and pressure cookers is important and this cooking techniques workshop will teach you how. A gourmet chef will teach you two methods to creating melt-in-your-mouth beef short ribs infused with rich red wine. Make risotto in a cast iron skillet and prepare the crispy topping of your bread pudding in this cast iron too.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

I thought this was private. All the website did was kick me to a aur la table thar was over crowded and lasted 2.4 hours. Not a lot of teaching or learning.
