Explore the flavors of Thailand in this chef-led cooking class. Master the art of using aromatic herbs and spices to flavor homemade curries and crisp stir-fries. Learn the techniques to use a wok to make the perfect pad Thai bursting with nutty flavors. And finish the meal on a sweet note with a decadent fruity dessert.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Excellent instructor. Chef Julie provided an entertaining class with her knowledge of the history Thai foods and details about where to buy some of the more difficult ingredients. Meal was great for cooks of all levels to prepare.

Disappointing. Not participatory. A lot of standing around, watching, not doing. No control over class. Nowhere near as good as paella class I took. I actually left.
