What You’ll Do

Treat your loved ones to a special feast cooked in your very own kitchen.

Celebrate a special occasion by learning to prepare a meal worthy of the finest French bistro at this practical cooking class. In the session, which is suitable for all experience levels, the expert chef will walk you through using kitchen tools and techniques to make a succulent steak au Poivre and a dish of crisp layers of Pommes Anna. Then, you’ll end the meal on a real high by whipping up chocolate crêpes with Chantilly cream. Bon appetit!

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Randy was great! I just wish the class included cooking a meal along with cutting instructions. This was not worth $80
