Become an expert in baking, grilling and sautéeing during a practical cooking class.
Learn how to bake, grill and sauté with ease during this immersive cooking class experience. In this chef-led class, you'll use a selection of seasonal ingredients selflessly gifted by fall. You'll marinate steak with an orange gremolata and basil before searing it like a pro. For dessert, you'll try your hand at making a moist baked polenta cake infused with citrus flavors.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Fun night learning to cook with my wife. We teamed up with another couple to prepare hands on a wonderful meal that we are looking forward to recreate at home. We are already planning on returning again.

Disappointed in our experience. Having people touch and share food in a group environment was inappropriate and unsanitary to us. We ended up leaving early.
