What You’ll Do

Learn how to use chocolate to create decadent desserts in the comfort of your home.

Increase your dessert-making repetiteur by joining this decadent homemade chocolate dessert cooking class. Let the pastry chef guide you along your journey as you take a deep dive into all things chocolate. Learn how to whip egg whites for a perfectly risen chocolate soufflé, roll your own truffles and infuse ganache with amaretto and espresso. Your journey will conclude by dipping your homemade caramel into a luscious, melted dark chocolate.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Great work by the whole team there at Sur la table - it was an enjoyable experience for all ages (note that Chef Eric was not the one running this but the chef who did was also very kind / helpful)
