The flavors of Tex Mex cuisine will be on full display in this engaging cooking class. Chef Ricky will guide you through the recipes and techniques of these classic dishes.

To begin, fry up homemade chips and make homemade salsa and guacamole to get the fiesta started. Learn how to sous vide chicken breast for enchiladas stuffed with fresh jalapeños and a lemon sour cream sauce. Prepare two types of fajitas with chicken and beef. Whip up classic beans and Spanish rice for a side. Satisfy your sweet tooth with crispy fried buñuelos tossed in cinnamon and sugar.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

My wife and I celebrated our first anniversary with Chef Ricky’s Sushi Omakase class, and it was a wonderful and memorable experience. Ricky is knowledgeable, personable, and made us feel very comfortable while providing an educational experience that exceeded our expectations. One of our favorite aspects of the class is that all of the dishes we prepared were very accessible, all things we could make at home. We will certainly be taking additional classes with Ricky in the future!
