The flavors of Tex Mex cuisine will be on full display in this engaging cooking class. Chef Ricky will guide you through the recipes and techniques of these classic dishes.

To begin, fry up homemade chips and make homemade salsa and guacamole to get the fiesta started. Learn how to sous vide chicken breast for enchiladas stuffed with fresh jalapeños and a lemon sour cream sauce. Prepare two types of fajitas with chicken and beef. Whip up classic beans and Spanish rice for a side. Satisfy your sweet tooth with crispy fried buñuelos tossed in cinnamon and sugar.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This was one of the best cooking classes I have ever taken. From the moment I walked in, Chef Ricky was incredibly warm and inviting, setting a wonderful, relaxed atmosphere for what turned out to be a masterclass. The class setup was great. Everything was organized, and ready for us to start learning. Chef Ricky is an excellent instructor. He truly takes the time to demonstrate technique clearly and patiently, ensuring everyone grasps the intricate details of maki creation. What really sets this class apart, though, is his depth of knowledge. He shared so much fascinating information on the history of sushi and its culinary evolution out of Japan. It transformed the class from a simple skill lesson into a rich cultural experience. And of course, the food! The quality of the ingredients Chef Ricky provided was top-tier, which made the final product taste incredible. Highly, highly recommend!
