Discover the vibrant tastes of summer in this immersive cooking class. Craft a menu celebrating the season's bounty, including grilled pizza with creamy cheese and zesty peppers. Learn to create a fresh salad combining juicy nectarines, arugula and creamy burrata cheese, and finish with a summer-inspired dessert made with caramelized peaches and cinnamon ice cream.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Meet your chef


Chef Michael emigrated to the U.S. from Romania with his family at the age of seven. He followed his family's culinary interests and found joy in the kitchen, with his grandmother and his parents leading the way. After working in various restaurants through high school and beyond, he developed a taste for finer cuisine. His resume grew to include event catering as well as teaching cooking classes, for which Chef Michael holds an abiding passion.

We loved the experience with chef Michael! He kept the class interesting, fun, and he's full of knowledge! Only thing is that the pizza should've had more toppings, but that's not his fault. We'd do it again hands down

Chef Michael and his crew had a terrific set up for us for the challenges related to making croissants. We had a lot of fun. We are far more confident trying this at home. Worth the money and time- would repeat or provide as a gift to close friends.
