What You’ll Do

Put a fresh twist on a classic menu with vibrant seasonal ingredients.

This hands-on cooking class blends traditional techniques with fresh seafood and peak produce to create an unforgettable gourmet meal. Guided by the chef, you’ll grill flaky salmon and use vegetables and herbs to craft a flavor-packed sauce. Learn to develop creamy risotto, then boost your baking skills with a light yogurt cake and in-season berries.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Meet your chef


Chef Jennifer has been passionate about cooking since crafting her own meatloaf recipe at age eight. She holds a BA in Art History from the University of Louisville and spent her early career as a visual merchandise manager and scenic artist. After raising three daughters, Chef Jennifer honed her skills further at The Columbus Culinary Institute, earning an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts. For the past decade, she has worked as a personal chef, media food stylist and chef instructor.
