What You’ll Do

Take a culinary adventure through Provence and the French Riviera region

Discover French delicacies in this cooking class. With the guidance of a top-rated chef-instructor, you will learn how to cook delicious seared chicken breasts flavored with capers, olives and roasted lemon. You will also learn to prepare a French vinaigrette, a simple salad and make a Pissaladière with caramelized onions and anchovies. To close, you'll bake a seasonal tart filled with honey-drizzled figs and raspberries.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The facility was great and so was our instructor. Taking a star off because we thought we would get to make classic croissants but it was only morning buns (cinnamon rolls) and pan au chocolait. It was still a great experience.
