Cooking Class - Seasonal Summer Menu

What You’ll Do

Boost your recipe collection with new and intriguing techniques.

Explore the bright and enticing flavors of summer with this cooking class. Led by a gourmet chef, you'll prepare the perfect flank steak and a relish made up of fresh corn and tomatillos. Practice pitting and slicing stone fruit to combine with peppery arugula and creamy goat cheese into a salad balanced with flavor and texture. Dessert is seasonal fruit and crème fraîche on shortbread.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Chef Vlisaria brings over 18 years of hospitality experience and a culinary foundation from Le Cordon Bleu. With a deep passion for cooking and teaching, Chef Vlisaria creates engaging and inspiring culinary experiences for all skill levels. Married and a proud parent to two young boys, Chef Vlisaria is excited to share expertise and enthusiasm for the culinary arts with their students.

I had an amazing time as this was my first class. There wasn't a large turnout so it was a more intimate experience, getting quality time with the chef and the other few people in the room. The Osso Buco came out perfectly. I learned some good tips, had a fun time and met some great people. I will definitely be signing up for more classes this week!
