Cooking Class - French Itinerary

What You’ll Do

Boost your culinary skills by learning new techniques inspired by Brittany and Normandy.

Led by a gourmet chef, you'll discover ways to enjoy French cooking techniques. Learn how to create savory crêpes filled with ham and Gruyère. Master the delicate flavors of an herb compound butter that you'll pair with asparagus and a fresh seasonal salad. Dessert is a classic apple custard tart topped with brandy-infused cream.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Chef Vlisaria brings over 18 years of hospitality experience and a culinary foundation from Le Cordon Bleu. With a deep passion for cooking and teaching, Chef Vlisaria creates engaging and inspiring culinary experiences for all skill levels. Married and a proud parent to two young boys, Chef Vlisaria is excited to share expertise and enthusiasm for the culinary arts with their students.

We were not notified the class was cancelled. In fact we received reminders and hour before to attend. They charged me multiple times and returned. I took vacation time for this class for nothing. Will never use again. Now multiple business days required to refund my money. DO NOT RECOMMEND

The Resident Chef was professional, personable and an amazing chef. We shared a stove with another couple and had a fantastic time cooking and laughing. The food was delicious; the food I enjoyed the most was the steak and dessert. We will bel back for another class in the near future.

Sam did a great job, class was interactive and moved along at a good pace. He provided some good cooking tips. Enjoyed the experience.
