Cooking Class - Cutting Like a Pro

What You’ll Do

Learn to put your most essential kitchen tools to their best use.

If you've ever wondered what those other knives in your chef's block are for, this interactive cooking class is the perfect place to learn. From decorative paring to slicing ribbon-thin chiffonade to skinning and boning meats and fish, you'll develop an expert sense for how to get the best performance from your implements.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

I believe this listing was incorrect. The menu and what we made was correct and delicious. But the listing made it seem as if we would be making the noodles for the Pad Thai. That was disappointing but the food was tasty
