What You’ll Do

Embark on an adventure through French fine dining classics in this cooking class.

Through this cooking class, you'll step into the world of a French brasserie kitchen and find out how to make delicious French classics. A highly-rated chef instructor will guide you and the others through the class. From learning to making steak frites to creating a flavorful frisée salad with bacon lardons, you'll know how to create lots of fantastic French food after this class.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

My husband and I had an enjoyable time. The food turned out excellent. Chef Joy and the others in the class were delightful to be around. There was a lot of standing. I wish we had been able to at least sit down to eat the delicious food. Overall great experience.
