Cooking Class - Heritage Macarons

What You’ll Do

Create delicious macarons to celebrate and pay homage to our French heritage.

In this Heritage Macarons cooking class, you will be paying homage to these delicious French treats. A gourmet chef will teach you how to make two macaron flavors — Peach and Champagne Crème Brûlée. You will learn how to build your batter from scratch, how to correctly and efficiently meringue eggs and tips and tricks for coloring your batter. After piping and baking your batter, you'll construct your crisp macaron shells and fill them with made-from-scratch fillings.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Disappointing. Not participatory. A lot of standing around, watching, not doing. No control over class. Nowhere near as good as paella class I took. I actually left.
