Cooking Class - Sushi for Beginners

Unlock the secrets to prepping your own sushi in a hands-on session.

From mastering the art of rolling rice to learning the techniques for preparing fresh fish, this is a fantastic cooking class for learning the basics of sushi and Japanese cuisine. The session starts by making a tuna roll with a spicy mayo, before mixing up a light and airy batter to fry tempura vegetables.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
