Cooking Class - Italian Flavors for Summer

Work with traditional ingredients and techniques for an Italian feast sans pasta.

Discover all that Italian cuisine has to offer beyond just pizza and pasta thanks to this immersive cooking class. Learn from a chef how to season and sear pork chops and mix up a garden fresh salsa to top. Combine bright citrus and fennel with creamy ricotta and scratch-made focaccia for a pleasing side dish.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
