Lovers of phenomenal gourmet cuisine will adore this hands-on cooking class centered on the traditions of brasserie dining. Study classic technique with a top-shelf instructor who'll show you step by step how to create steak frites, assemble a frisée salad featuring poached eggs and tender bacon lardons and a classic crêpes Suzette dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Chef Rico was knowledgeable, helpful, humorous and energetic. Truly enjoyed the Korean cooking class. All the recipes were delicious, especially the dumplings

Resident Chef and he his assistant were great. Although the risotto lacked sufficient flavor, the soufflé and scallops were tasty. I like that they get everyone involved with the cooking and taught some helpful techniques that make prep easier.
