Cooking Class - French Seafood - Date Night

Explore French flavors through delicious dishes.

Craft a French meal fresh from the sea in this immersive cooking class. A chef instructor will teach you how to make a dijon-crusted salmon seared to perfection. On the side, enjoy savory cheese puffs and roasted green beans with a zesty vinaigrette. Finish with bittersweet chocolate tarts to share for a delicious dessert for two.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

I suppose I was expecting to have more time to learn about the pasta making. By dividing into groups and not providing the recipe, it felt quite rushed. I wish cozymeal would offer more classes that are in depth over date night excursions.

Chef Peter's culinary journey may have begun in Northern California, but it's taken him around the U.S., with stops in D.C. and Nantucket. He honed his talent in well-regarded eateries, eventually rising to the level of executive chef. His restaurant experience includes a stint at the Watergate Hotel.
