Cooking Class - Crafty Croissants
Learn everything there is to know about laminated pastry creations from an expert.
Take your baking skills far beyond cookies and cakes with this chef-led cooking class. Tackle beautiful and delicate French pastries like the classic croissant, starting by making your own laminated pastry dough by layering thin sheets of butter and a hand-mixed dough base. Fold into crescents or add a hint of cinnamon spice and roll into morning buns to go with your morning cup of coffee.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Eric did not provide any overview or background on what we were cooking and we all did portions of the dish with pretty minimal instruction. We had to ask numerous times for direction. We did manage to muddle through, and Eric was dealing with a lot of students.

THE CLASS WAS CANCELED WITHOUT NOTICE!!!!! I received a confirmation/reminder email an hour before the class and when my friends and I arrived were told that the class had been canceled. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I expect you to make this right by doing 2 things. 1. Refund my $281 IMMEDIATLY and 2. The next class that we choose for three people is FREE. This was out first try with your company and its been a disaster. Between the three of us we have a huge network of family and friends, one of whom is a professional chef, and bad publicity spreads quickly. MAKE THIS RIGHT.
