Cooking Class - Baking the Rainbow

Spring showers always leave a rainbow, and you can harness the beautiful colors of Mother Nature's most beautiful designs with this immersive cooking class. Go beyond a basic layer cake by piling high cake layers across the full spectrum from red to violet. Learn how to crumb coat for a beautiful, smooth exterior that makes a blank canvas for your artistic decorating techniques.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Ashley was not the chef. We enjoyed the class, but felt it was a bit rushed, and the last half hour we were told to take a break for 10 minutes and they were prepping for the next class. Based on what we paid, the chef was not as prepared as I would have hoped. It was just okay.....

The food was amazing, and it was fun! The chef/instructors seemed to be enjoying themselves! I struggle with verbal instructions, so it would have been helpful to have a printout of the recipe and instructions at each workstation.
