Cooking Class - The Power of French Pastries
Practice the art of baking French pastries from scratch during this culinary experience.
It's no secret that France is home to some of the world's most delicious desserts, and this cooking class is the perfect glimpse into that decadent world! A gourmet baker instructor will teach you how to craft a variety of French pastries from scratch, allowing you to create a showstopping batch of bakery-quality goods.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Chef Amalia was absolutely amazing! I can't say enough about her. She was not only incredibly patient but also took the time to walk us through each step of the cooking class with such warmth and clarity. It felt like cooking with a close friend who just happens to be an expert chef! Her guidance made the entire experience so enjoyable and engaging. What truly stood out were her fantastic suggestions for substituting ingredients, making it easy for us to recreate the delicious meal at home. We have since made chicken dumplings using the techniques we learned during the class. And let's talk about that lemon-flavored caramel – it was a revelation! Learning how to make it was definitely a highlight of the class for me. I'm already looking forward to signing up for another class with Chef Amalia. Her expertise, passion, and delightful personality truly make her classes a must-do experience!

The rice was undercooked. Several groups agreed. A date night event for 2 was not intimate since the set-up was for 4 people. There should have been individual (per group) cups for soy and wasabi. Chef, coffee station, and location were excellent.

She is able to make complicated tasks appear simple by breaking them down into their most essential components and encouraging the students to practice and then master each skill.
