Cooking Class - Celebrate With Macarons
These homemade sandwich cookies are as delicious as they are impressive.
Put your spin on a crowd-pleasing platter of delicate macarons thanks to this immersive cooking class. These delicate cookies take a bit of finesse as you whisk together a light-as-air batter and flavorful fillings like fruit jams and frosting. Pipe with precision and bake to get that perfect "foot", then fill with two scratch-made fillings for brightly colored and delightful blueberry cheesecake and vanilla birthday cake macarons.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Ashley was not the chef. We enjoyed the class, but felt it was a bit rushed, and the last half hour we were told to take a break for 10 minutes and they were prepping for the next class. Based on what we paid, the chef was not as prepared as I would have hoped. It was just okay.....

The food was amazing, and it was fun! The chef/instructors seemed to be enjoying themselves! I struggle with verbal instructions, so it would have been helpful to have a printout of the recipe and instructions at each workstation.
