Add some va va voom to your repertoire by mastering three classic French desserts.
In this cooking class, you’ll head straight to the finale of the meal to learn three delicious desserts. Kick off by making a rich caramel which is poured over apples to make a tatin. Then you’ll move onto a whisking egg whites to create a soufflé, before finishing with crepes suzette.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

We did not have chef Zach but the chef we had was excellent. Instructions clear and visuals were good. She explained why things happen and gave us hints on how to be better bakers. Her assistant was also excellent. She was patient and helpful.
