Get hands-on with Italian recipes and cooking techniques.
Create al fresco-style Italian food in this dynamic cooking class experience. You'll work with a wide selection of ingredients including lemons and rosemary. A chef will take you through recipes to create succulent chicken, mouthwatering broccolini and a decadent dessert bursting with refreshing citrus. This class will give you the confidence to replicate the entire menu in the comfort of your home.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Class was fun and shorter than anticipated. Wished for an in-depth step by step instructions and felt it was fast paced and not beginner friendly. Received guidance later in the class and was disappointed not being able to make the hazelnut gelato. Neither the classroom video camera nor mirror were used in the instructing. Saw many groups were struggling.
