Cooking Class - Springtime Italian Dinner Party
Impress your family and friends with a menu full of delicious Italian inspired dishes.
In this practical cooking class, you’ll learn some fundamentals of Italian cuisine as you prepare farfalle pasta from scratch, adding herbs to the dough for a vibrant twist, as well as a deliciously fresh and vibrant salad with shaved radish and pears poached in sweet wine served with goat’s cheese and honey.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
