Cooking Class - Perfect Puff Pastry

Elevate your bakes with a puff pastry masterclass.

Discover the secret to beautifully flaky puff pastry every time with this 3-hour cooking class. Led by a pastry expert, you’ll get to grips with layering butter and dough to produce a rich, crumbly base and use it to make sweet and savory dishes — decadent strawberry and rhubarb mille-feuille and a rich and creamy asparagus and ricotta pie.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Chef was fantastic! Food was delicious. I did think we'd have more hands on prep with the food. The creme brulee was already prepped - but we did get to sugar & brulee with the torch. The potatoes were already cut, peeled, and boiled so only 1 person got to mash. I did really like how the chef demonstrated how to cook the steak and make the mushroom sauce. We all got to do that at individual stations. The little burner was just ok and took a while when people didn't want to cross-cook steaks due to different temperature preferences. Overall, really enjoyed the experience and would definitely recommend for folks who want to learn some new prep methods.
