Cooking Class - Coastal Crab Cakes
Join a coastal feast to explore the secrets to New England's delicious recipes.
In this entertaining, hands-on cooking class with amazing coastal flavors, experience a taste of New England. You'll learn how to make classic crab cakes from a chef, along with tips on how to handle and pan-fry shellfish. To go with your crab cakes, you'll also make your own aioli, a traditional summer salad, and zesty shoestring fries. Even better, satisfy your sweet tooth with a decadent fruity dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

This was the first cooking class I took at Sur la Table, it was great! Greg, the chef, did such a great job teaching the class. I'm looking forward to going to more classes.
