Cooking Class - Garden-Fresh Pasta
Experience the absolute genius of seasoned chefs as they make the best of fresh vegetables.
This cooking class aims to help you understand how to prepare Italian dishes using vegetables straight from your farmer's market or your garden. This lesson will equip you with techniques for making fresh, homemade farfalle pasta, herbaceous salad with shaved radish, and more, utilizing the best seasonal ingredients possible. Additionally, for a delicately sweet finish, poach pears in white wine and serve them with goat cheese and honey. Absolutely delectable!
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
