Cooking Class - Puff Pastry Perfection

In this three-hour cooking class, you'll acquire all the essential skills to make the perfect dough for puff pastry treats. Practice layering with rich, decadent strawberry-rhubarb and vanilla custard fillings in a mille-feuille pastry. Learn how to shape mouthwatering palmiers and create a savory masterpiece with creamy ricotta and crisp asparagus, all under the guidance of an actual chef. It's an exhilarating foodie experience!
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

This was the first cooking class I took at Sur la Table, it was great! Greg, the chef, did such a great job teaching the class. I'm looking forward to going to more classes.
