What You’ll Do

Get a taste of New England's fresh coastal blends.

Get a taste of New England in this fun, hands-on cooking class featuring incredible coastal flavors. Led by a chef, you'll walk through the steps for making traditional crab cakes, including techniques for handling shellfish and pan-frying. You’ll also prepare an aioli from scratch, a classic summer salad, and tangy shoestring fries to pair with your crab cakes. Plus, you’ll get your sweet tooth satisfied by making a fruity dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The facility was great and so was our instructor. Taking a star off because we thought we would get to make classic croissants but it was only morning buns (cinnamon rolls) and pan au chocolait. It was still a great experience.
