The chef was great and gave great tips. I wish we were able to mark our own work so we received what we cooked. I know it’s the same recipe, but the results were different. Each team table should be numbered and then the pans numbered accordingly.

We enjoyed this class very much. It was less hands-on than we expected, but I understand now that 2 hours isn't enough time to make all three doughs, let them rise, and still bake them. Chef Sarah did demo the process though, so we got a chance to see yeast being bloomed and mixed in. We are definitely planning to check out more of these classes. Thank you!

I attended this cooking class with my boyfriend and we had a great time! We got this as a gift from family and are so happy we finally used it on the Tuscany class! Make the most of it, learn some tips and tricks, and talk with the Chef and fellow classmates!
