In this cooking class, perfect the art of making laminated dough, which will help you create rich, flaky pastries. Our chef instructor will guide you through the essential techniques to layer butter and dough perfectly, resulting in a sophisticated, flaky texture. You'll also learn how to craft puff pastry treats, both sweet and savory, such as mille-feuille pastries filled with creamy custard and savory palmiers.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

I loved the class. The ladies I was paired up with were a little chatty so was hard to listen to chef! Before class I was very intimidated but after class I was I got this! Excited to try making fresh pasta my self! Great class over all would definitely take again!

My husband and I had an enjoyable time. The food turned out excellent. Chef Joy and the others in the class were delightful to be around. There was a lot of standing. I wish we had been able to at least sit down to eat the delicious food. Overall great experience.
