Indulge your sweet tooth with a cooking class designed to bring international flavors to your home kitchen. A chef instructor will share tips for baking, glazing, frosting and mixing a variety of desserts. Learn how to expertly chop nuts for Greek kataifi, mix cocoa powder and chocolate sprinkles for Brazilian brigadeiro and combine honey, flour and nuts to fill Argentinian alfajores and

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

for a 3 hour class it would have been a plus if we had chairs to sit on while the chef talked or during fridge/oven time.
