Cooking Class - Italian Recipe Rundown

This cooking class is led by a gourmet chef who will share tips and techniques for creating an authentic Italian menu. Experience the Italian flavors with your own hands.

Start with a wild mushroom bruschetta with black olives and goat cheese. Next is a leek and potato soup with baby greens and Aleppo pepper. The main entrée is a creamy sea risotto with squid ink, seared scallops and peas. For dessert, enjoy a zesty lemon pie with candied lemon, lemon sauce and wispy meringue.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We had the best experience! Chef Jaime was personable and we had a wonderful evening with him. Best part was that the food was AMAZING!

Chef Jaime's menu selection was outstanding! The Scallops and Risotto were amazing. To finish off the meal, Jamie made us a lemon pie with graham cracker crust, which was the best I’ve had. Jaime was fun and we loved hearing his stories. We will definitely be doing this again!

Jaime is so knowledgeable and skilled, but still able to put cooking into layperson terms. His food is inventive, tasty and comforting. I have had the pleasure of dining at a couple of restaurants that he worked at, as well as in his home. He is always willing to answer my questions and guide me through his processes. He is also a kind a lovely person whom you will enjoy spending time with.
