Cooking Class - 5-Day Foodie Fun Teens: Curated Confections
Introduce your teens to the wonderful variety of baked goods from around the world.
There's more to the world of baked goods than muffins and donuts. This 5-day cooking series geared toward teens 12 and up explores a global pantry and introduces teens to signature baked goods from around the world. Whether you prefer sweet or savory treats, summer cooking classes are a fun and hands-on way to experience the best of both. Baking teaches lessons in patience, time management and organization with a dash of kitchen safety thrown. Your teen will love getting to taste recipes that are a change from everyday pastry.
Classes typically run for two to two and a half hours, unless specified otherwise. Group work is a key component; kids can expect to collaborate with four other students. The class involves standing, cooking and active participation throughout. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required and long hair should be securely tied back for safety. Please note that these are drop-off classes. Parents do not stay during the classes.

The French croissants class was excellent. Chef Eric was very helpful and the experience was great. Be prepared for an engaging hands-on class We learned a lot and had fun. The final products (sweet and savory croissants) were delicious.

The class was really fun and informative. My girlfriend and enjoyed it as a birthday gift. We will definitely attend more classes in the future.
