Cooking Class - 5-Day Foodie Fun Kids: Flavor Journey
Young chefs embark on a five-day culinary journey, exploring flavors from around the world.
This immersive five-day cooking series expands young palates with international flavors while strengthening fundamental kitchen skills. Guided by an experienced chef instructor, budding foodies ages 7-11 will discover tastes and techniques from global cuisines such as steaming pork buns and preparing fresh pasta dough as they build confidence in the kitchen. Summer cooking classes teach lifelong skills from culinary best practices to collaboration and creativity. At the end of the series, each student will take home a commemorative menu and graduation certificate to celebrate their accomplishment.
Classes typically run for two to two and a half hours, unless specified otherwise. Group work is a key component; kids can expect to collaborate with four other students. The class involves standing, cooking and active participation throughout. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required and long hair should be securely tied back for safety. Please note that these are drop-off classes. Parents do not stay during the classes.
