Cooking Class - 5-Day Foodie Fun Teens: Advanced Cooking
Discover the skills necessary to take on complex culinary challenges in this teen cooking series.
Budding chefs enjoy five days of engaging summer cooking classes in this interactive cooking series that helps them learn lifelong skills. Guided by a professional chef, guests ages 12+ practice confidence-building skills and creativity in the kitchen while exploring delicious and challenging recipes and time-saving culinary techniques. The essentials, including food prep and food safety, are a focus each day, and at the end of the week, students head home with easy-to-follow printed recipes and a certificate of completion in hand.
Classes typically run for two to two and a half hours, unless specified otherwise. Group work is a key component; kids can expect to collaborate with four other students. The class involves standing, cooking and active participation throughout. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required and long hair should be securely tied back for safety. Please note that these are drop-off classes. Parents do not stay during the classes.

This was a great experience where I got to meet People who wanted the same thing as me. An experience where we can come together and cook ! We will definitely come back :)

This experience was ok but there were a lot of issues. The pin for the location was wrong. So our group went to the wrong place at first. The people seemed flustered we were there. No one told us that there was a limit to the alcohol and they were perplexed with the amount we brought. They also had issue with us putting drinks in the refrigerator. None of this was told to us beforehand. Also, the people at the front desk told me we should have booked through them and not through Cozymeal. As an out of towner booking a corporate event, I found this through the internet. This interaction was off putting. Our chef was not Miguel - it was Kelly. At first the chef was a little flustered and not friendly but she did warm up and we ended up having a good time. Overall this experience was a B-
