5-days of cooking fun, giving your teen helpful skills to thrive in the kitchen.
Set your teen up with all of the cookery skills they’ll ever need with this fun, 5-day workshop, part of our summer cooking classes series. Throughout the sessions, your fledgling foodie will develop essential kitchen knowledge, including how to prep and store food safely, and professional cooking and baking techniques, all under the guidance of an experienced chef instructor. At the end of the week, your teen will be presented with a graduation certificate and a printed menu, plus the skills to create their own delicious dishes.
Classes typically run for two to two and a half hours, unless specified otherwise. Group work is a key component; kids can expect to collaborate with four other students. The class involves standing, cooking and active participation throughout. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required and long hair should be securely tied back for safety. Please note that these are drop-off classes. Parents do not stay during the classes.

Our chef did a great job giving directions and getting to everyone’s table to help with questions. I went with my grandson who is 14 and he loved it!
