Five days of baking fun, giving kids everything they knead for perfect bakes.

Give your budding baker a helping hand with this fun cooking series. Perfect for kids aged 7-11, these summer cooking classes will help your little one develop the skills to not only be more confident in the kitchen, but more creative too. Over 5 days, your mini master chefs will learn how to create crêpes, bread, and cakes, and pick up some expert tips on decorating, food prep, and food safety. Plus, at the end of the week, every student will receive their very own graduation certificate.

Classes typically run for two to two and a half hours, unless specified otherwise. Group work is a key component; kids can expect to collaborate with four other students. The class involves standing, cooking and active participation throughout. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required and long hair should be securely tied back for safety. Please note that these are drop-off classes. Parents do not stay during the classes.

I brought my staff team for a team-bonding event and we all had a great time. Everything was really organized and we each were given a chance to cook a different dish. I would say we didn't really learn a lot of cooking because it was moving fast and the chefs finished off most dishes without us. The only real problem is that we had to kind of speed eat while standing up and there was nowhere we could sit and eat and enjoy the food. But all the dishes were tasty and good and the instructor was engaging and friendly. I would consider it again!

Absolutely loved the class. I'm an experienced baker and have wanted to make macarons. The instructor was extremely knowledgeable. I enjoyed the class so much, I'm considering taking the class again as it was so much fun!!!

I loved the class. The ladies I was paired up with were a little chatty so was hard to listen to chef! Before class I was very intimidated but after class I was I got this! Excited to try making fresh pasta myself! Great class over all would definitely take again!

The French croissants class was excellent. Chef Eric was very helpful and the experience was great. Be prepared for an engaging hands-on class We learned a lot and had fun. The final products (sweet and savory croissants) were delicious.
