Cooking Class - 5-Day Foodie Fun Kids: Teen Baking

What You’ll Do

Boost your teen’s food skills in an engaging 5-day course.

Turn up the heat on your teen’s cooking expertise with an engaging 5-day cooking series. These sessions are designed for kids aged 12 and up. Throughout each interactive workshop, young cooks will be able to boost their skills by learning about international cuisines, and cooking and baking techniques used by professional chefs. They’ll also get to grips with prepping food and kitchen safety. At the end of the week, every student will showcase their new skills by devising a dish out of mystery ingredients.

Classes typically run for two to two and a half hours, unless specified otherwise. Group work is a key component; kids can expect to collaborate with four other students. The class involves standing, cooking and active participation throughout. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required and long hair should be securely tied back for safety. Please note that these are drop-off classes. Parents do not stay during the classes.

My husband and I had an enjoyable time. The food turned out excellent. Chef Joy and the others in the class were delightful to be around. There was a lot of standing. I wish we had been able to at least sit down to eat the delicious food. Overall great experience.
