Cooking Class - Teens 5-Day Summer Series: Adept Baking
5-day baking class for experienced teens that want to take their skills to new heights.
Designed for skilled bakers aged 12-17, this cooking series is designed for budding bakers to take their skills to the next level. For teen bakers looking to be challenged in the kitchen, this summer cooking class is the perfect option. Over the course of 5 days, participants will work together to create an array of complex and advanced recipes, using a blend of traditional and modern techniques. After 5 days, bakers will gain a new batch of valuable skills and techniques, as well as a new batch of like-minded friends!
Classes typically run for two to two and a half hours, unless specified otherwise. Group work is a key component; kids can expect to collaborate with four other students. The class involves standing, cooking and active participation throughout. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required and long hair should be securely tied back for safety. Please note that these are drop-off classes. Parents do not stay during the classes.

Eric did not provide any overview or background on what we were cooking and we all did portions of the dish with pretty minimal instruction. We had to ask numerous times for direction. We did manage to muddle through, and Eric was dealing with a lot of students.

THE CLASS WAS CANCELED WITHOUT NOTICE!!!!! I received a confirmation/reminder email an hour before the class and when my friends and I arrived were told that the class had been canceled. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I expect you to make this right by doing 2 things. 1. Refund my $281 IMMEDIATLY and 2. The next class that we choose for three people is FREE. This was out first try with your company and its been a disaster. Between the three of us we have a huge network of family and friends, one of whom is a professional chef, and bad publicity spreads quickly. MAKE THIS RIGHT.
