Chef J. Scot’s class was an amazing experience. To learn from an actual chef and how to go about planning and preparing a meal which was also very delicious. Would to love to do another one of his classes

This was definitely an unexpected experience all around. About 5 minutes after the class was scheduled to start, all ~16 students were standing outside the room waiting to go in. The chef finally came out with a roster and she actually yelled at people to “hurry up” and get inside. The class continued with some of of that same chaotic energy and a few “unprofessional” comments (“the pans are ribbed for her pleasure”) given the crowd (father/son). The food was tasty, but nothing incredible. My partner and I both felt like we didn’t learn anything new, but enjoyed our time there.
