Inspire fledgling bakers with this 4-day cooking class centered around baking.
Aimed at kids aged 7-11, this 4-day cooking series will help every young baker develop their confidence in the kitchen. Throughout the four days, junior chefs will get to experience a real kitchen environment and have a chance to pick up key baking skills including prepping ingredients, mixing batters, and baking and decorating cakes. There’ll be opportunities to try a few bites along the way too. Plus, at the end of the sessions, kids will receive a certificate celebrating all of their hard work.
Classes typically run for two to two and a half hours, unless specified otherwise. Group work is a key component; kids can expect to collaborate with four other students. The class involves standing, cooking and active participation throughout. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required and long hair should be securely tied back for safety. Please note that these are drop-off classes. Parents do not stay during the classes.

Although very friendly and had good conversation, the chef did not have the knowledge or experience in the cuisine. There was a lot of reading off the instructions and had a comment of “we’re learning together” which isn’t the best feeling when paying for a cooking class. Unable to answer a lot of questions we had as there was no experience in the dish.

Rachel was great & did her best with the alotted time. The organizers should allow for more time withthis class, especiallyif it is supposedto be . We started about 5 minutes late (our fault), but that didn't
