Over five days, children will learn the basics of baking in fun cooking classes.

This cooking series is perfect for kids who want to understand how to become a top-class baker, by learning the fundamentals and secrets of baking. Over five days, children will begin to understand the basics of baking, such as how to prep food and how to knead dough. Both savory and sweet foods will baked and explored. Expert chefs will guide these interactive summer cooking classes and will make sure kids learn to the fullest and have a very enjoyable time.

Classes typically run for two to two and a half hours, unless specified otherwise. Group work is a key component; kids can expect to collaborate with four other students. The class involves standing, cooking and active participation throughout. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required and long hair should be securely tied back for safety. Please note that these are drop-off classes. Parents do not stay during the classes.

My husband and I had an enjoyable time. The food turned out excellent. Chef Joy and the others in the class were delightful to be around. There was a lot of standing. I wish we had been able to at least sit down to eat the delicious food. Overall great experience.

What a great class. From the beginning with regard to explaining the different variations that we were going to make. Guiding us in the preparing of the ingredients and working with us in the cooking of the ingredients and how it all comes together . The end result the best getting to eat what we made. Delicious. Our family of 3 (including a teen son) really enjoyed this class. The recipes were easy to figure out and make, and it's nice to have the book to refer to the 3 things we made, as well as all of the other content. Chef Kelley was very helpful, friendly, and encouraging with our son!
