Enjoy five days of baking fun while teaching kids creativity and baking skills.
Designed for ages 7-11, this four-day cooking series will help your child become a more creative and confident baker! Your little chef will discover the delicious and satisfying world of baking, all while having fun in the kitchen during these summer cooking classes. Kids learn to flip crêpes, knead dough, bake and decorate cakes and more. They'll master essential baking techniques, basic food prep skills and best practices for kitchen safety. Plus, every student will go home with a printed menu and graduation certificate.
Classes typically run for two to two and a half hours, unless specified otherwise. Group work is a key component; kids can expect to collaborate with four other students. The class involves standing, cooking and active participation throughout. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required and long hair should be securely tied back for safety. Please note that these are drop-off classes. Parents do not stay during the classes.

Chef Michael was great. He was very personable and gave tips and shared his culinary knowledge. it was a fun afternoon. Wish it was for the Fragrant Thai Cuisine class, but learning about gnocchis was good as well.
