Cooking Class - 5-Day Foodie Fun Kids: World Cuisine
Kids will explore world cuisine and essential cooking techniques.
Kids will get a taste of global flavors and how to create them in this engaging cooking series. A chef instructor will guide them through delicious dishes in these summer cooking classes. Designed for kids ages 7 to 11, they'll learn essential cooking techniques to make them more confident in the kitchen. They'll explore a world of global flavors, such as making a savory pork filling for steamed buns and pasta dough from scratch. They will also learn food prep and kitchen safety skills that every aspiring chef should know.
Classes typically run for two to two and a half hours, unless specified otherwise. Group work is a key component; kids can expect to collaborate with four other students. The class involves standing, cooking and active participation throughout. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required and long hair should be securely tied back for safety. Please note that these are drop-off classes. Parents do not stay during the classes.

We really enjoyed the class and the food. Chef Jeff and his assistants were informative and friendly, putting the group at ease. My crème brûlée was the best I’ve ever had! I’m going to go home and replicate it now?

Very fun and informative cooking class. So fun to get ideas from Chef Peter on how to use some of the ingredients we used in the recipes in other dishes. The cooking space was nice and roomy as well.
