What You'll Do

Indulge in a destination date night without leaving the kitchen.

This immersive cooking class brings home the tropical flavors of Thailand with a vibrant menu of classic dishes. Guided by a world-class chef instructor, you will balance signature Thai flavors while practicing time-honored techniques using traditional cookware to capture an authentic taste of Thai cuisine.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

Overall very informative. Adult only class would be a nice option.. Chef had amazing experience, very informative and knowledgeable. Should have a 5 min late policy. Late guests distracting. Would have liked a little quicker pace. Overall Very great seat up. Definitely an experience.

The French croissants class was excellent. Chef Eric was very helpful and the experience was great. Be prepared for an engaging hands-on class We learned a lot and had fun. The final products (sweet and savory croissants) were delicious.

The class was easy to follow, and I feel the recipes will be easy to replicate at home. This class should be 3 hrs long, not 2. The dough didn't have enough time to rise and didn't have enough time to bake. My focaccia bread wound up burning because the instructor was moving on with the class and the bread didn't get out of the oven fast enough.
